Tosca is a humble village in the region of Sonaguerra which is always hot and humid.  The deaf children in this village are the cutest in the world!  They enjoy learning with Signs of Love, as this is their only means of education.  Deafness isn’t understood in their communities, but they don’t let that deter them from keeping positive attitudes and determination to succeed.  We hope future Signs of Love leaders will emerge from this group.  We plan to saturate the entire region from these 10 or so seedlings who attend this language program.
